As a project engineer, collaborated with a team 10 people (PM, APM, SPE, PE, SUPT, QC & CSO) and liaised with owners, architects, and subcontractors to transition the multi-million dollar Westfield Topanga Mall Expansion project from design, to construction, to completion, by administering multiple disciplines mentioned in the role section above. Achieved project schedule goals by managing RFI’s, submittals, and procurement, while ensuring construction work was performed per company, industry, and regulatory standards. I created visuals of the site that showed turn over dates, which easily allowed our team to maintain subcontractors on track. I ensured a near zero punch list process by using BIM360 field to track items that need to be completed prior to turnover date. I performed financial & operational due diligence on change orders up to 100k including but not limited to roofing, irrigation, and site improvement changes by analyzing market trends, competition & alternate solutions.
