During the Culver Studios project I was able to intern for a duration of 3 months. Throughout this time period I was able to absorb as much information as quickly as possible until I was ready to fully manage a couple of disciplines as a project engineer. As a project engineer, I collaborated with a team 11 people (PM, APM, SPE, PE, SUPT, QC & CSO) and liaised with owners, architects, and subcontractors to transition the multi-million dollar Culver Studios project from design, to construction, to completion, by  administering multiple disciplines mentioned in the role section above. I achieved project schedule goals by managing RFI’s, submittals, and procurement,  while ensuring construction work was performed per company, industry, and  regulatory standards. I ensured a near zero punch list process by using BIM360 field to track items that need to be completed prior to turnover date. I facilitated multiple meetings to ensure project fluidity and solve any unexpected issues.
